UPDATE (2/12/08): Last year, after much tinkering, I arrived at a formula that won about 65% of the picks. However that formula was VERY time consuming to feed, taking me about 1-2 hours on a typical day. That's why I tried to come up with a new one this year. But I've given up--couldn't arrive at one that matched last year's accuracy. I've gone back, but only after spending last couple of weeks writing php scripts to automate the data feeding. One caveat: it's possible that I was just lucky last year with that formula and NBA's actually hopeless for me. Another thing, if I win only around 57%, 58%, I'll be happy.
